We pride ourselves in the quality of our NAMAA products and therefore consider health, safety and hygiene to be of utmost importance. Consequently, all purchases on our website are final! Orders for NAMAA products cannot be cancelled and consequently there are no refunds for NAMAA products purchased.
In rare circumstances such as when we overcharge your credit or debit card or charge your debit or credit card in error, we shall refund the excess to your card.
Our NAMAA products once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged due to the delicate nature of the products. However, an exchange of product might be considered in our discretion in the following limited circumstance:
Receipt of defective NAMAA products.
If you are in receipt of a defective NAMAA product, you should send an email to Support@namaacare.com within seven (7) days from the date of the receipt of your order. Your email must contain the following:
Subject line: Defective NAMAA Product
In the body of the email, you must include information such as your full names, the order number of the product purchased and image of the defective product as well as the date of purchase and date of delivery.We shall offer a solution to you in our response.
