At the point of registration, you will be required to fill in your email address and your chosen password then click the button “register” You should create a strong password to protect your account security breach.
Your Account and Password:
Once you have activated your account on https://Namaacare.com/ you shall have the following associated responsibilities as a user on the site:

Closing Your Account
We would be unhappy to see you go. Notwithstanding this, if you decide you no longer want to purchase our Namaa products, send us an email requesting the closure of your account. The email should have the subject line: Request to Close My Account.
Upon the receipt of the request, out technical team shall be in touch with you to inform you on the modalities and implications of closing your account. You will also be asked to complete a short survey. You will no longer be able to purchase Namaa products or receive emails on promotional offers upon the termination of your account. You can however reactivate your account by contacting us to request reactivation.

Namaa products are only available for sale within the India. Notwithstanding the qualitative nature of our NAMAA products, the technical specifications and settings of your computer may affect the accurate display of the colors of our products offered on the Site.

Our business hours are Wednesday through Monday so orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing monday morning except it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected at checkout.

Our standard shipping fee for each NAMAA product purchased is at actual offered by third party logistic company
Product Availability:
When any of our NAMAA product is out of stock, it will be shown as “sold out” on our website and you will not be able to purchase that product. However, you can send us an e-mail to request when the product will be available, and we shall respond accordingly with an estimated timeframe on availability of the product. As a form of courtesy, we shall inform you on the availability of our NAMAA product as soon as it is back in stock. But we will not reserve our NAMAA products for you. Our NAMAA products are sold on a “first come” “first serve” basis.
Please note that prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
Delivery:
All orders reported as “delivered” by the third-party shipping company is considered delivered. We cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.
Cancellation, Refund, Return and Exchange:
While we would like to keep you happy and satisfied, we might not be able to accede to your requests especially requests bothering on return and exchange.
We pride ourselves in the quality of our NAMAA products and therefore consider health, safety and hygiene to be of utmost importance. Consequently, all purchases on our website are final! Orders for NAMAA products cannot be cancelled and consequently there are no refunds for NAMAA products purchased. In rare circumstances such as when we overcharge your credit or debit card or charge your debit or credit card in error, we shall refund the excess to your card.
Our NAMAA products once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged due to the delicate nature of the products. However, an exchange of product might be considered in our discretion in the following limited circumstance:
Receipt of defective NAMAA products.
If you are in receipt of a defective NAMAA product, you should send an email to Support@namaacare.com within seven (7) days from the date of the receipt of your order. Your email must contain the following:
Subject line: Defective NAMAA Product
In the body of the email, you must include information such as your full names, the order number of the product purchased and image of the defective product as well as the date of purchase and date of delivery.We shall offer a solution to you in our response.
MAKING PAYMENTS FOR OUR NAMAA PRODUCTS
Payment System:
All payments must be made on our website meaning payment by cash on delivery is not permitted. Payments are made through a third-party secure payment gateway. Our payment system is limited to debit cards and credit cards such as Master card, Visa card or American express.
Upon payment for NAMAA sanitary pads, you represent and agree that:
You are legally authorized to use the credit or debit card information you entered.
You will not dispute a charge after authorizing the transaction.
Any credit or debit card information you provide is accurate.
Deductions from your credit or debit card will be done in accordance with your subscription. For instance, payments for NAMAA sanitary pad will be deducted from your debit or credit card monthly.
If your credit or debit card cannot be charged for any reason, we shall suspend your monthly subscription and in the case of a one-off purchase, we shall not deliver our NAMAA products to you.
Subscription
As a registered user of https://Namaacare.com/ you are presented with the option to make a one-off purchase or to subscribe for monthly purchase. In cases of one-off purchase, your credit or debit card shall be charged once for the purchase because you authorized us to do so. In cases of monthly subscription, we shall charge your debit or credit card at the end of each month in advance for the next month. You can cancel the monthly subscription through your account at any time.
Payment Terms and Order Cancellation:
Prices of our NAMAA products are subject to changes at any time. Our prices as displayed on our website are exclusive of any applicable taxes and shipping costs. As soon as you place an order on our website your credit or debit card will be charged. Once payment is made there are no cancellations of order. Credit card fraud and theft of NAMAA products are highly prohibited. Any fraudulent purchases will be fully dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the laws of INDIA. If your billing address is different from your shipping address you will be required to fill out your billing address as well as your shipping address at the checkout page on our website.
ATTAINING CAPACITY TO USE OUR SERVICES
Capacity and Identity:
Due to the nature of products being sold i.e sanitary pads our NAMAA products are specially created and designed for girls of mensural age and women. Our products are not meant to be purchased by minor within the age range of 0-11. Teens of 13- 17 years can only purchase NAMAA products under the supervision and consent of their parents or guardians. Users are expected to provide their full names, card information and email address for proper identification. If at any time we notice that you are below the prescribed acceptable age to purchase our products we shall immediately discontinue the use of our services to you.
